It is the penthouse (3rd) floor of a three story building called La Siesta. Each floor is one entire unit. The expansive views of the Caribbean, paired with the condo's upscale design and materials, make this a gorgeous getaway from the stresses of life.
Beautifully furnished and outfitted, this is a warm and comfortable home away from home. You can relax in casual elegance, privacy, and style.
The golden sand beach and clear aqua waters make an incredibly vivid yet relaxing backdrop. Simpson Bay Beach is a private and secluded beach of 1 and 1/2 miles to wander, sun, swim and enjoy...without the crowds, kids, noise, and commercialism of a tourist resort.

The Simpson Bay location may seem isolated, but it isn't, it is actually in the midst of wonderful dining and shopping opportunities. Close to the new world-class International Airport (but not TOO close!) and the exciting Maho area full of nightlife with casinos, dining and more, you have it all at Beach Heaven.
Sleep well after a lazy, or busy day (your choice!) and awaken to the turquoise water of the Caribbean.
